Role in an engagement
Christopher leads the assessment and proposed build.
For work he accepts, Christopher scopes the workflow, leads the build and reviewed rollout, and remains the client contact. The signed scope should name every person and third party involved in implementation or support.
- Choose a suitable first workflow. Start with a repetitive administrative process whose limits and output can be explained.
- Map the process. Document source material, decisions, exceptions, handoffs, permissions, and the action the agent must never take.
- Build around the approved workflow. Connect only the systems and records needed for that process.
- Test under review. A knowledgeable employee checks early outputs and records corrections.
- Operate the known configuration. Monitor the system, evaluate changes, and scope major new workflows separately.

What the company builds
Local inference, existing systems, and a controlled rollout.
Advisor Intelligence builds managed AI systems that run inference on client-owned hardware at the agency's location. The implementation works with approved parts of the agency's current environment rather than requiring a replacement software stack.
The current best fit is an independent insurance agency or brokerage with roughly 30–80 employees and enough repetitive administrative work to justify dedicated local infrastructure.

Questions
What buyers usually want to confirm
Who leads delivery?
Christopher leads delivery and remains the client contact for engagements he accepts. The signed scope should identify every person and third party involved in implementation and support.
Does Advisor Intelligence replace our agency management system or CRM?
No. The first workflow is designed around approved tools, files, and processes the agency already uses. Each connection is assessed before inclusion.
Does Christopher make coverage decisions?
No. The system supports approved administrative work. Licensed agency staff retain coverage decisions, client judgment, and final authority.
Are role-specific employee AI profiles available now?
They are a future capability, not a current claim. They may be considered after the core system and initial workflows have been implemented and validated.
