Custom AI, built around your firm and run on hardware in your office.
Hours back every week. The same team handles more work, at the same standard. The hardware lives in your office. The records belong to you.
If you've held off on AI because you weren't sure where the data would go, you were right to wait.
What it does for your firm
Built around what's slowing you down.
We sit down with your team, learn how the work moves through your firm, and automate the parts that cost the most time.
Hours back, every week.
Review prep, reconciliation, intake, scheduling, follow-up. The work that eats your team's mornings runs in the background. The team starts the day with finished work to review.
Capacity, without new hires.
The team you already have carries more work, at the same standard. No late nights. No hiring panic.
Shaped to your stack and your voice.
Every workflow is built around the systems your firm already runs. Your CRM, your back-office, your forms, the way you write to clients. The system fits into your firm; your firm doesn't change to fit it.
How we work together
We work alongside your team. We don't hand you a login and disappear.
The first call.
Twenty minutes on the phone with Chris. You describe what's slowing your team down. We tell you on the call whether we can help.
We scope it together.
Within a week you get a scope document. It spells out what the system will see, what it will say, and where its output goes. You read it. You mark it up. We revise it. Nothing is built before you sign off.
We build on a weekly cadence.
Chris reviews the workflow with you each week of the build. The first three workflows go live within thirty days of the contract, and you have seen every part of them by the time they do.
We stay embedded.
After install: a new workflow each month, plus maintenance on everything we built. When something breaks, you call Chris. There is no ticket queue.
What happens to your client data
Built so the next audit is the easy part.
Your data stays in your office.
The computer holding your client data sits in your office. We don't take it home with us. The cloud doesn't see it.
The cloud handles only public work.
Public filings, market data, generic templates. That's what the cloud is for. Anything with a client's name on it stays local.
Records nobody can rewrite.
Every action the system takes is written to a record nobody can edit or delete after the fact. We keep them for as long as your industry requires.
Each client's data is fenced off from every other.
The system cannot pull a record for client A into a workflow for client B. It's a wall, not a policy.
If something goes wrong, you hear within 72 hours.
In writing. Our standard agreement puts that in your file.
Your IT firm gets only the access they need.
They can troubleshoot what they need to. They can't see what they don't. Access is logged. Credentials rotate.
Who we work with
Boutique firms where client data is the business.
Firms small enough to know every client. Regulated enough that one leak ends careers.
Wealth management.
The work that runs your firm between client meetings. Review prep, fee reconciliation, prospect research, morning ops digests. For private RIAs, family offices, multi-family offices, and registered investment advisers.
Insurance.
The work that runs between renewals. Submission triage, policy reconciliation, certificate generation, retention outreach. For brokers, agencies, MGAs, retail producers, and P&C or life-and-annuity firms.
Other regulated professionals.
The recurring work that piles up around your client work. Intake, scheduling, documentation, reconciliation. For healthcare practices, law offices, accounting firms, and other firms where client data has to stay in your hands.
We map the architecture to your industry's rules. For investment advisers, that's SEC Rule 204-2, 17a-4(f)(2), and Marketing Rule 206(4)-1. For everyone else, the equivalents in FINRA, NAIC model rules, HIPAA, or your state bar.
What you can count on
Built one firm at a time.
There's no product. Every system is built for one firm and lives there.
There is no junior staff to hand work off to. The person who scopes your engagement is the person who builds it, the person who trains your team, and the person who picks up the phone when something breaks.
Every workflow is documented. Every decision the system makes is logged. If you ever decide to take the system in-house, you get the documentation, the logs, and the source. The system was always yours.
What we don't do
We have a narrow lane on purpose.
We don't build trading or order-execution systems.
Our systems support the work around the trade. Research, prep, follow-up, recordkeeping. Not the trade itself.
We don't talk to your clients.
Nothing we build sits between you and a client. Every output is reviewed by a licensed person at your firm before it leaves the building.
We don't replace your CRM, your custodian, or your compliance counsel.
We work with the stack you already have. We don't sell you a new platform.
We don't host your client data on our infrastructure.
Your data lives on the hardware in your office. We don't run a backup tier on our cloud. We don't replicate to our staging environment. If you want off-site copies, you keep them on media you control.

From Chris.
I build AI for boutique firms where client data is the business. Wealth advisors, insurance brokers, healthcare practices, law and accounting offices. What you get out of it is hours back, and capacity to carry more work without hiring. I scope every engagement myself. I run the install. When something breaks at 7 a.m., you get me. Not a queue. First three workflows live within thirty days of the contract.
You don't need another AI tool. You need someone who fits one to your firm.
Chris.
