What this page is.
These terms govern use of the public website at advisorintelligence.app. They do not govern any engagement with Advisor Intelligence, which is covered by a separately executed written agreement with each client firm.
What's on this site.
Everything on this site is meant for informational use by professionals in regulated industries (investment advice, insurance, healthcare, legal, accounting, and similar fields). Nothing on this site is investment advice, legal advice, insurance recommendations, medical advice, or accounting guidance. Read your own rules; consult your own counsel.
Contact form.
Submitting the contact form is not an engagement. We respond by email or phone, usually within one business day. Any engagement we agree to is documented in a written master services agreement signed by both parties.
Intellectual property.
All content on this site (text, layout, code, design) is owned by Advisor Intelligence. You may quote or reference it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own work.
No warranty.
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty of any kind, express, implied, or statutory. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes.
Any dispute arising out of or related to use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. The parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms; we will update the date at the top of the page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Entity.
Advisor Intelligence is operated as a California limited liability company.
